The MX-HDD features high
speed rotating blades for increased throughput
and multimedia use.
Easy to operate and equipped with an
external vacuum system.
The MX-HDD was evaluated by the
Security Construction and Equipment Committee (SCEC) and
was:
Assessed as suitable for the destruction of computer
storage media such as magnetic tape, CD ROMs, DVDs and
HDDs.
Rated to “Top Secret” standard when fitted with 3mm
screen. Destroys drives to 3mm
particle size using unique high speed rotating blades
and a 3mm stainless steel screen to guarantee secure
particle size – impossible to read or re-construct. Waste
particles compact down giving higher volume per bag and
less frequent
requirement to empty.
Optional larger
screens available for use with lower security rated
material.
