We asked all customers who have used our services in the last 12 months to
participate and over 50% completed the survey. The results have been
independently audited.
We were particularly pleased that of the respondents
93% rated our service
as Good or Excellent and that 98% would recommend us. We achieved an approval rating of over 83% in all areas except Appearance and
Processing Timescales. Which we were rated as 74% and 78% respectively.
To improve our processing times we started on an expansion program in
September. This will increase our capacity by nearly 100% and once completed
will double the size of our processing centre. We have employed additional
staff who are dedicated to processing and auditing. The target is to reduce
processing times to no more than a few days before March 2008.
We would like to thank everyone who took part in our 2007 customer survey for
their time and comments. They are most appreciated and will help us to improve
our service.
